Divia La Penna

I’ve been practicing in the field of Interior Design and Architecture for over 28 years now. Throughout my career I have worked in the Corporate Office, Hospitality, Retail and Residential Design sectors.  This diverse experience allows me to bring aspects of the different disciplines to every project offering an innovative approach.  I’m in love with all things beautiful and I’m in this for the love of design!  A truly beautiful thing is that WOW moment when clients finally understand the magic.  My design style is based on the French style.  I like to call it Contemporary French.  I treat every project as a brand new opportunity to create something different and it is important to me that I bring out the clients truest desires into the final work.  This is how truly special spaces are created.  I spend a lot of time connecting with people and getting to know them so that I can narrow into what they love.  From that I mold the design into something that is a beautiful harmony of their input and mine.

Retail

Our Retail Design experience is extensive.  Our services include; space planning, concept design, fixture design, lighting design, project budgeting, full construction/permit drawing production and procurement.  Specialty consultants and Engineers are brought in as needed.    We also offer permit drawing/application services for our out of country clients.

Restaurant

We offer full restaurant design services including,  space planning, concept development, fixture, furniture and lighting design and detailing, construction and permit drawings and procurement.  We bring in specialty Food Service Consultants and Engineers as needed.

Office

Our office design services include space planning, layout design, conceptual design, furniture, millwork and lighting design, procurement and construction/permit drawings.  We bring in Engineers and other specialty consultants as required.

Residential

We specialize in additions and renovations.  Our services  include space planning, concept design, millwork , kitchen and lighting design, facade design, construction and permit drawings.
